Where leaders are made

Find your voice.

ELIO Toastmasters is a bilingual community learning to speak and lead with confidence, one meeting, one speech, one bold step at a time.

Why ELIO

Four reasons people stay long after their first speech.

Practise in a supportive room. Every speech is a rep, and reps build a voice you trust.

Run meetings, mentor newcomers, take on roles. Leadership you can practise, not just read about.

Pathways gives you a structured route: from your Ice Breaker to mastery, at your own pace.

A community that celebrates the small wins and shows up for the hard ones. You're not doing this alone.

From the club

A meeting on "La Constance Monotone," three memorable speeches, and an improv session that turned into a perfume shop.

A week of learning, leadership and celebration as Toastmasters from across Mauritius welcomed District leaders to the island.

Three prepared speeches, an honest look at our first quarter, and the launch of ELIO's new Mentoring Community.

Your turn

Come as a guest, stay as a member. Your first meeting is free, and your future self will thank you.
